| are the cookies halal/vegan? | no. we use dairy products such as eggs and butter. although we do not use pork/lard in baking, our kitchen is NOT halal certified |

| what is the size of each cookie? | about 110-130g each - yes they are VERY VERY huge |

order process/ waitlist
| how to order? | slots would be released every tuesday at 7pm for the following week's friday-sunday. do take note that we have very limited slots so do be sure to set your alarm ! |
| how do I get faster fingers? | simply create an account before ordering. by doing so, your delivery and billing address would be automatically filled up so you can save more time ! or alternatively, you can do some exercise or warm up before 7pm on tuesdays (OK JOKES setting up an account is the best way) |
| how do I know if my order is confirmed? | you would see these words "Your order has been placed successfully". if you did not manage to get your slot, even after you have keyed in your address and information, and even after you have selected place order, you may see "Item is not purchasable, please adjust the quantity at cart page". this means that you did not manage to get a slot :( better luck next time :") |
| how do I make payment? | once your order is successful, you would be brought to a page that shows you the payment instructions. do follow them and insert a screenshot of your payment ! (do take note, the only mode of payment is via paynow/paylah) |
| can I add in a note if it is a gift? | yes !! you can type in your note under the "remarks" section when you order |
| how does the waitlist work? | we would release a third of the week's slot to the people in our waitlist. we would send you a separate order form to order 2 days before the release of slots to the public. in the event that you do not respond to our message or fill in the order form within the next 48 hours, your waitlist slot would be removed. however, you can respond to our message to postpone your waitlist slot. |

| will you have any last-minute slots/ flash sales? | we would send a message to our telegram channel if we have any extras ! so do be sure to join the channel ! |
corporate/ bulk orders/ group buys
| do you accept big orders for events/ corporate gifts? | yes we do ! but do understand that I run a one (wo)man show so I may not be able to handle too many at one go. the maximum per day is about 200 cookies |
| how long do we have to order in advance? | it is preferred that you order at least 7 days in advance |
| do you have custom packaging for weddings or events? | we don't have the custom packaging yet. however, if you arrange with us much earlier ahead, we can do some arrangements for customised packaging |
| would there be any discounts if I order many cookies? | unfortunately no, we don't earn much from our cookies, so we can't afford to give any discounts |
| do you accept group buys? | not for now sorry !! |
delivery
| what is the delivery timeslot? | between 3pm-8pm |
| what if I am not home during the delivery? | we would inform you of your estimated delivery time and date earlier. If you would not be home, do leave a chiar outside your door so our courier can drop the cookies off there. the deliveryman would call you if you are not at home. |
| can I choose my own delivery date? | unfortunately, you are unable to. our deliveries are on fridays, saturdays and sundays. do order only if you are comfortable with receiving the delivery on any of the dates |
pickup
| where is the pickup location? | pickup is at telok blangah drive block 53 lift lobby. |
| what is the pickup time? | between 3pm-10pm |
| can I choose my own pickup date? | yes you may, between the available dates (ie friday-sunday) |
| what do I do if I suddenly cannot go to pickup the cookies? | it is preferred that you can ask someone else to come pick them out. otherwise, we can deliver them at $15 or you can arrange your own courier delivery (ie grabexpress) |
| is it possible to change the pickup date to another day in the event I can't collect on the day of collection? | as cookies are baked fresh on the day of collection, it is best to collect them on same day. however, if you really wish to, you may collect them on the next day instead. |
| what do I need to do before coming? | do remember to drop us a message about 15 minutes before you reach. when you are at the lift lobby, do drop us another message, if we do not come down within the next 5 minutes, do give us a call. thank you !! |
